mackerel
salt
lemon juice

Method
Mackerel are eviscerated and heads. Wash nice and are then cut on the spine. Received two halves cut in two. Each piece is salted on both sides, arranged on a tray and sprayed with lemon juice. Leave to stand for 1 hour and then fried. Suitable side dish is potato salad or mashed potatoes.
