Fried olives with cheese

Ingredients
300 g pitted olives
100 g melted smoked feta cheese
egg 1
2 tbsp yogurt
flour
salt
sunflower oil
Method
Cut-smoked processed cheese into small pieces and fill holes pitted olives with these pieces. Make a thick paste batter of egg, yogurt, flour and salt as necessary. Oval is stuffed olives in the thick paste and fry in a highly heated sunflower oil. Arrange on a napkin to drain the fat.

Interestingly, in this case, the filler may be of any type of sausage. Bravo for the idea.

And to not take a lot of fat may in batter to put 1 teaspoon brandy or cognac.
