Fried slices of green tomatoes

Ingredients
6 green tomatoes
125 ml milk (high fat)
60 g breadcrumbs
60 g cornmeal
60 g white flour
45 g grated feta cheese Parmesan
1 and 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 and 1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 l Frying oil or sunflower oil

Method
Wash tomatoes and cut by the rounded edges are removed. Milk is poured into a shallow dish. In another bowl mix the breadcrumbs, corn and white flour, pepper, parmesan, red pepper and salt. The fat is heated, as in the fryer - 180 C, where a hotplate - less well. Tomatoes soaked in whole milk, then rolled well in the mixture and fry for about 1 minute on each side.
