Ingredients
500 g frogs'legs
2 onions
30 g butter
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
1 cup (200 ml) white wine
400 g cream
1 lemon
parsley
pepper

Method
In the butter fry chopped onion. When the onion is tender, sprinkle with flour, then add pepper frog legs and the white wine and cook for 20 minutes. Separately, mix the cream, lemon juice and parsley, finely chopped and mixed. This mixture was added to the legs, and they are removed from the fire. Serve hot.
