Fruit cake with cream starch

Ingredients
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 stewed quinces (800 g)
quince jelly or other sweet
2 cup sweetened milk
starch
vanilla
10 g baking powder

Method
Eggs are broken down sugar (mixer) to graying. With stirring, add the flour, mixed with vanilla and baking powder. Pour the mixture into an oiled and greased pan (diameter 24 cm) and bake in preheated to 180C mode. Attention is appropriate in a shallow dish and syrup with the juice of the compote. Top rank chopped into small cubes quinces, which are watered with a trickle thinned water bath jelly. Spread the prepared cream milk and starch. Sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
