Fruit layered cake Fantasy

Ingredients
ready triple cake base
150 g sugar
3 tbsp caster sugar
4-5 kiwi
4-5 green figs sweet
3 discs of pineapple compote
1 orange
1-2 mandarins
6-7 strawberries
50 ml rum
600 g sour cream
50 g hazelnuts
rind of 1 lemon

Method
Prepare sugar syrup with 250 ml water, sugar, rum and grated rind of one lemon. Separately, mix the cream with powdered sugar. Put first base in a suitable container - it is such, particularly for the preparation of cakes. Irrigate with 1/3 of the sugar syrup. Smeared with part of sweetened cream. Top rank slices of kiwi with about 3 mm thick and cut into small pieces figs. Place the second base and again syrup and smeared with cream. Washers compote of pineapple are cut with a knife, so they are thinner - half of their thickness. Arranged on second base. Place third base, syrup and smeared with cream, including the sides of the bases. Sprinkle with hazelnuts part of the pre-chopped. On the last base rank on the outside, orange slice, slice kiwi, between each - a slice of strawberry. In the inner circle, tangerine slice, slice kiwi and strawberry. Whole hazelnuts placed optional. Finally, though optional, is embellishes with cream spray roses.

I made this cake for the birthday of my son and his grandfather - a very quick and easy to prepare, and on top and very tasty :)!

This cake has become a favorite for me! I like it because it is a fruit!

I do too much I like this torti4ka, za6toto can always improvise with fruit and is really leki4ka. This time I made with peaches and kiwi fruit and cream colored in green flooded with dissolved gelatin in peaches.
