Ingredients
          200 g bulgur
          200 g sour cream
          1 bunch dill, basil, garlic
          salt
          pepper optional

          Method
              The bulgur is boiled or soaked in boiling water until tender, garlic and dill cut finely and add to the already drained bulgur. Add the cream and spices to taste. Stir nice. Optional could be added and raw nuts.

I did it twice already with yoghurt instead of cream, I added a little spice - paprika, chili powder and coriander with green basil one time, the second with cumin, finely chopped chili pepper and green coriander. I used coarse bulgur, who soaked in hot water for 20 th minute. I liked the salad, thanks for the recipe :)
