Gazpacho with mango

2 cups diced mango (ripe)
2 cup orange juice (pure, unsweetened)
1 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil
1 cup cut into small cubes cucumber
1/2 cup cubed red, fleshy pepper
1 clove garlic
1/2 onion
3 tbsp lime juice or lemon juice
1 jalapeno chili pepper or other optional
3-4 tbsp finely chopped coriander, parsley or basil

Mango, orange juice and the oil Strain. Add cucumber, pepper, crushed garlic, chopped into small cubes onions, lime juice, chilli - finely chopped and herbs. Mix well and add salt to taste. * 1 cup = 250 ml * Preset products are for 3-4 servings. * Do not hesitate to put salt in moderation it makes the taste of Gazpacho denser and balanced sweetness and spiciness very well.

I try to imagine the taste ... Very intrigued me!

Rally of us liked us - very fresh, colorful and pleasant in warm weather. Quite unusual - from the mango is sweet and gusto of orange juice comes slightly sour, spicy of chilli, but ultimately balance very well. Strange for me to posolyavam mango, but the salt in moderation does not make it salty and somehow gives density and combines tastes. First tried this recipe - Салса Mango , it became interesting to me such use of mangoes, and tell you I sat with a salt shaker in hand the first time and wondering whether to let her go :) Well, that is courage, otherwise it will be a fruit salad cucumber :)

And here the weather is warm for the season, but not so as to you;) I put it into the favorite waiting line. And dont forget the salsa will catch up.
