Ingredients
          2 large apples
          500 ml vanilla ice cream
          20 g butter
          50 ml cream
          1 tbsp sugar
          400 g of milk chocolate
              Method
              In a small saucepan heat the cream. Once it boils, remove from heat and add the broken pieces of chocolate. Stir well until the chocolate is melted. When a homogeneous mixture, chocolate sauce is ready. Cut the peeled apples into slices. Melt the butter in a skillet and saute the apples. Sprinkle with sugar and continue fry until golden. Serve with ice-cream and sprinkle with chocolate sauce.

guess the sauce should be warm, otherwise I think it will harden as cool?
