Green onions in Greek

Ingredients
1 kg green onions
2 tbsp (20 ml) vegetable oil
the juice of 2 lemons
pinch of thyme
pinch of coriander
salt
5-6 peppercorns
1 bay leaf
1 slice celery
Method
Chop into pieces 1 cm thick, celery Grate in large pieces. Add the vegetable oil, lemon juice and spices, pour a little boiling water and sauté until soft. Leave to cool in the broth. Serve cold.
