Ham with grilled apples

Ingredients
500 g ham
1/2 cup (100 ml) brandy
2 apples
the juice of 1 lemon
sauce "Uorchastar"
butter
Method
Ham sprinkled with pepper, pour brandy mixed with lemon juice and let stand. Before presenting on ham placed pieces butter, cleaned, cut into rings apples and bake grill until crust is formed. Ham with apples arranged in a dish with various vegetables, sprinkle with sauce "Uorchastar" and serve.
