Homemade ice cream with strawberries and cream

Ingredients
2 cups strawberries
1 kg yoghurt
2/3 cup sugar
Method
Yogurt pour in muslin bag or cloth and drain 1-2 hours. Yogurt sweetened with remaining sugar, stir well and mix with strawberries. The resulting mixture is placed in a suitable container for the freezer. During the freezing was stirred several times. The resulting sorbet is served in tall glasses appropriately decorated. To it can be added and cream 100 g crash with tbsp sugar. With her ice cream becomes fluffy and spicy.
