Homemade Noodles with semolina

Ingredients
1 liter of fresh milk
15 eggs
1 cup semolina
1/2 tsp salt
flour - the soft dough

Method
Involved dough products. It tear balls. Each ball is rolled as possible thinner. Place a newspaper or packing paper. So all sheeted leaves are dried in the sun until crack. Then baked in the oven and gently retracts in cloth bags.

Wonderful recipe. And I do so, only add 1 cup of water to ash is permanently dough and not catch bugs.

This summer I have not make it. This week will collect products. :)

neli. mag, I last year I have not done that yet do not have time for it, but this year I'll try to correct this error :)

do with my mother triple dose to get all year. It takes almost one day grinding and drying, but worthwhile. After toasting in the oven you put it in dry bags, pre-soaked in very salty solution to not catch bugs.
