Hot chocolate Mayan

Ingredients
1 chili pepper
2 cup water
5 cups milk
2 sticks vanilla or vanilla powder 1
2 sticks cinnamon or 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
250 g of dark chocolate
2 tbsp sugar or honey
1 tbsp ground almonds or hazelnuts
Method
Chile pepper, pour 2 tea cup . boiling water and put on the stove to boil off the liquid by half. Strain. In saucepan put 5 cups milk run is 2 sticks cinnamon and vanilla and put to boil. Reduce the heat and put the broken dark chocolate, 2 tbsp sugar or honey and when dissolved are removed vanilla and cinnamon - if sticks. Sprinkle with ground almonds or hazelnuts and add a little of the water in which they boiled chili peppers, trying to taste, not to be very spicy. If you do not have chili pepper can replace it with cayenne pepper - 1/8 tsp This is the divine drink of the Mayans, which are served to during their rituals.
