Ice cream

Ingredients
500 g biscuits
300 g of powdered sugar
200 g butter
200 ml milk
4 eggs
3 vanilla
50 g cocoa
2 tbsp rum
Method
The butter mix with sugar until blanching then added and the eggs. Cocoa is mixed with milk and boil to give slurry. As cool, mix with beaten butter. The biscuits are broken up into four and add to the cream with rum and vanilla. Stir well and pour into cake form, covered with baking paper. All pressed well and allowed to solidify.
