With ice cream dessert vermouth

Ingredients
4 balls lemon ice cream
200 ml vermouth
200 ml strained freshly squeezed orange juice
# To decorate:
red grapefruit
granulated sugar
caramelised nuts
Method
Vermouth and orange juice and mix distributed in 4 cups or glass bowls. Top put a ball of lemon ice cream. Dessert garnished with polukragcheta red grapefruit, rolled in granulated sugar. Optional can be sprinkled with a little chopped caramelized nuts.
