100 g of cooked beans ( black, red, white)

1 chili / hot pepper

Method
If kaslera is semi, put for a few minutes in the pan to fry on both sides. All products, except beans and chili, cut into cubes, possibly smaller. Caps is cut into fine rings. Mix all ingredients and seasoned with salt, pepper, vinegar and sunflower oil. * If you pass a chili with the oil and vinegar salad becomes even chili. * The ingredients may be supplemented and replaced as required and availability - cucumber, radishes, cabbage, peppers, carrots, pickles, etc. * I use chicken kasler that is ready for consumption. True pig kaseler most often need short heat treatment.

Rally, what kasler?
Ive, thought it is known in Bulgaria. This is not only salted with salt and nitrite and meat is smoked and, often sold Vacuums and already cooked. Kasler (and also properly and Kaseler) may be fillet, shoulder, leg, osmyanka, as is thus treated. Cook with sauerkraut or bake in the oven or fry in a pan or, or, or ... salad is superb and impressed everyone for my birthday. I added extra yogurt sauce, vinegar, salt, dill, water, so that the dressing is rich enough and ready, so that seasoned salad without needing anything and not prekalenno thick. Serve it with sauce-boat to each salad
