Kilifarevski karnacheta

Ingredients
1 kg mutton
500 g pork trimmings
1 tsp (5 g) pepper
1/2 tsp (3 g) dry savory minced meat
1 and 1/2 cup (300 ml) of water
salt
5 meters thin sheep intestines
Method
Cleaned and washed meat is ground and then kneads very well with seasoning, adding salt to taste and water. The mixture, after standing for several hours in a cool place, fill the intestine. Karnachetata bake BBQ immediately before consumption.
