KOLACH egg with bacon (Quiche Lorraine)

Ingredients
3/4 ​​cup (150 g) flour
80 g butter
100 g bacon
250 g cream
4 eggs
pepper
salt
Method
Of flour, 50 g of melted butter, 1 egg, a pinch of salt and water knead shortbread and let sit for 1 hour in the cold. Cut the meat into cubes and melt. The cream was stirred to foam and carefully add the remaining eggs. Put with plenty of salt and pepper. Roll out the dough and cover it with a small round shape. Edges pull up. The meat is distributed on top of the dough and pour the cream with the eggs. Put it in the preheated oven and bake 30 minutes over medium heat.
