Lamb and liver-dolma oven

Ingredients
1 lamb - about 12 kg
10 tbsp salt
in 1-2 tbsp or more black pepper, paprika, cumin and mint
1 cup sunflower oil
3-4 onions
# For liver-dolma:
entrails of lamb
2 cup Rice
2 cup bulgur
5 links onions
1 cup sunflower oil
salt, vegeta, pepper and lots of mint

Method
Lamb cut into portions. Each piece is rubbed with salt and spices and arrange in a large pan. Between the meat cut into chunks onions. Sprinkle with 1 cup sunflower oil. Wind up with foil. Entrails of lamb are cooked lightly. Cut into small pieces. Fried rice and the bulgur, add the onion and offal, spices and 12 cup of the broth from the giblets. Top screw with the veil of lamb. Wind up with foil. Both trays are placed in a furnace, furnace mortar and dishes bake 3:00.
