Ingredients
1 kg lamb
1 kg spinach
5-6 scallions
5-6 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp flour
1 bunch parsley
mint
salt

Method
The meat is cut into pieces and put in a saucepan together with the chopped onion, the oil, paprika and salt. Pour 1 cup hot water and leave it on the stove to boil. When the meat is tender add the chopped spinach. The dish is left to simmer until ready. Shortly before take off from the heat add the flour mixed into 1/2 cup water, parsley and mint.
