Lasagna with chicken and mushrooms

Ingredients
250 g sheet for lasagna
grated feta cheese Parmesan
# chicken stuffing:
30 g butter
1 onion
300 g chicken - roasted or boiled
150 g mushrooms
pinch dry basil
pinch of dried oregano
400 g peeled canned tomatoes
salt
pepper
# For the cheese sauce:
40 g butter
3 tbsp flour
375 ml chicken broth
125 g feta cheese or Mozzarella cheese
pinch of salt
pinch pepper
pinch nutmeg optional

Method
Chicken Stuffing: melted in the butter and chopped onion fry gently for 5 minutes. Add sliced ​​mushrooms and spices. Fry on medium heat while stirring regularly with braised mushrooms. Add the smashed tomatoes and chicken meat cut into cubes. Mix well and let simmer covered for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. cheesy sauce: Melt the butter and add the flour. On medium heat slowly add chicken broth, then seasoned and add the feta cheese. Stir until the sauce thickens and the feta cheese is melted completely. 1/2 cup the hot sausage meat spread on the bottom of a greased rectangular baking dish. Arrange a layer of cooked according to package directions peel. Pour 1/3 of the remaining meat stuffing, top 1/3 of the cheese sauce. Repeat until finished products, and ends with a cheesy sauce. Sprinkle with grated feta cheese Parmesan. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated 180 C oven for about 30-35 minutes. Leave for 5-10 minutes to cool before serving.
