Lasagna a la Ivka

500 g minced meat
250 g cheese
400 g mushrooms
1 onion
250 g bacon
4 tbsp fat and separate the bottom of the tray
150 g white feta cheese (hard)
salt , basil, ground black pepper, red pepper
12 sheets of lasagna
750 g of peeled tomatoes (canned)

Luke, mushrooms and bacon finely. In a deep dish put the onion with 2 tbsp of the oil and stew, then add the mushrooms, bacon and minced meat. Stews until liquid evaporates. Add the following spices - to taste. In another court put the remaining oil and add tomatoes - pre passion. Add some pepper and salt, boil on low heat until thickened. Once they have finished filling and sauce, we proceed to the arrangement of lasagna in a baking dish. In hot water dip peel and arrange in a greased tray. Alternating row pastry, line filling and top watered thoroughly with sauce. Ends with sheet. Arranged lasagna cut prior to pieces and bake in preheated oven - 220 C for about 30 minutes. Before completely baked, sprinkle with plenty of grated cheese and bake until crispy golden crust catch.
