Lasagna with spinach and chicken

250 g sheet for lasagna
600 g chicken fillet
200 g stewed spinach
120 g feta cheese mozzarella or fresh cow feta cheese
3 tbsp feta cheese mascarpone cheese or sour cream
50 ml cooking cream or milk
150 g cheese
150 ml water
1 tsp cornstarch
salt and pepper
50 g smoked processed cheese

Chicken fillet cut into small pieces and lightly fry. In a bowl mix the mascarpone, cream, spinach, corn starch, water, salt, pepper and chicken fillet. Mix well. Mozzarella is broken into small pieces and mix with grated cheese and processed cheese. In a rectangular tray stacked line then peel stuffing and so to run out of products. In mid sprinkle part of the cheese mixture. The rest of the cheese mixture is sprinkled on lasagna. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 40 minutes. * pan lasagna prepared by package directions. I used peel without boiling. * You can add more water during cooking if you consider necessary. * A matter of taste is to add pickles and capers. * Very tasty lasagna it with shrimp and crab rolls instead of chicken, but it is also a matter of taste.
