Layered cake with banana and chocolate

Ingredients
400 g puff pastry
2 bananas
200 g grated chocolate
350 ml milk
1 vanilla
75 g sugar
50 g flour
3 egg yolks
3 tbsp caster sugar

Method
Roll out the dough to a teflon pan and shape the edges so as to obtain a barrier. Pierce the dough with a fork, not to rise when baked. We heated oven at 180 C and put it in the tray. Pour the milk into a saucepan and add vanilla. In another bowl whisk the egg yolks with sugar and flour, pre-broken in 2 tbsp water. The resulting mixture pour in the milk and whipping. We insist on high heat and stir until the final mixture thickens. download from the heat and leave to cool and continue to mix. Pour cream over baked base and on it arrange pre-cut into thin slices bananas. Before serving, sprinkle with grated chocolate and powdered sugar.
