Layered cake Hat

# For the base:
5 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
# For the cream:
1 cup milk
4 tbsp butter
5 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp cocoa
1 tbsp cognac
# For glaze:
3 egg whites
9 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup walnuts
Base: Beat eggs and sugar fluffy snow. Add sifted flour and baking powder and stir gently with a wooden spoon. Finished base to cool. It imposes on a plate so as to obtain a hat with a brim.
