Ingredients
1 kg liver fresh
1 thinly veiled baking
milk
pinch of baking
1-2 grains of black Pierre
1-2 pinches of salt
cloves garlic

Method
Liver Wash thoroughly under running water. Remove the skin and in places incisions, but not deep. In these sections put a little chopped garlic. Pour with milk, and allowed to stand for 1 hour. Drained and wrapped in a veil. Bake in a moderate oven until melted veil.
