London cake

For the base:
3 yolks and 1 whole egg
1 cup sugar
1 cup yogurt
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 and 1/3 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
3-4 tbsp raisins
1 vanilla
# For glaze:
200 g jam of your choice
3 egg whites
2 tbsp sugar

The base: Separate the yolks from carefully egg whites. Yolks and 1 whole egg is broken with the sugar until thick cream. To the resulting cream was added to the yoghurt in which the pre-baking is quenched, the oil and flour to which is added the baking powder. Mix until a homogenous mixture. To it add raisins, cocoa and vanilla. The resulting mixture is spread in a greased cake form (25-26 cm) and baked in a preheated 180C oven until ready (20-25 minutes). The glaze: baked base is smeared with jam, then cover with a broken snow with 2 tbsp sugar egg whites. Cake was returned to the oven and dopicha above only at a low temperature (140-160C) to becoming pink egg white.

Not only the flavor, but the taste is great, I did it again yesterday. Served with tea or coffee is just great.

Very well get me! I made minor adjustments: not put soda, baking powder and whole packet; do not put raisins because they love; checking with a toothpick if it is baked; whites put on a little cinnamon and walnuts bruised.
I really enjoy and is very fast, congratulated recipe with yayryanche goes half baking pan;)
