Macaroni with cream sauce and roasted

Ingredients
500 g of pasta
40 g butter
200 g cream
200 g of roasted meat sauce
salt
cheese
Method
Boil macaroni in salted water, drained, rinsed and fry in heated butter. Divide into portions and pour hot sauce roast, which was stirred cream. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
