Ingredients
250 g macaroni
200 g mushrooms
200 g ham
100 g canned peas
200 g of tomato paste
400 g cream
onion
3 basil leaves
Method
In salted water cook the pasta. In a little sunflower oil fry the diced ham, sliced mushrooms, add the tomato puree, cream, peas and basil, seasoned with salt and pepper. When the pasta is cooked, add to the sauce.
