Ingredients
120 g of powdered sugar
120 g butter
6 eggs
80 g sugar
150 g flour
30 g corn starch
30 g cocoa
1 vanilla
zest
50 g white chocolate
30 g walnuts
Method
The butter warms to soften and mix well with powdered sugar. Gradually add the egg yolks, well beaten whites with the sugar, starch flour, vanilla and lemon zest. At 1/3 of the mixture is added to the chocolate. In the form poured sequentially from one and the other mixture. Bake in a moderate oven, pour in the melted chocolate in a water bath and sprinkle with walnuts.
