Marinated green peppers and tomatoes

Ingredients
2 kg green tomatoes
2 kg fleshy green peppers
500 g carrots
1 bunch celery
# For the marinade:
2 cup wine vinegar
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup salt
1/2 cup sunflower oil
10 g black pepper
5 bay leaf
Method
Tomatoes and peppers are cut into larger pieces. Carrots peeled and cut into rings. Celery cut into small pieces. All vegetables are mixed with the salt and sugar. Stay two hours. Drain the juice is separated and mixed with vinegar, the oil, pepper and bay leaf. Marinade boil for 2-3 minutes. Pour the vegetables with it. Filled into jars and sealed. Sterilize 10 minutes from the time of the boiling of the water.
