Spice mix and scraping, and may be crushed. The feta cheese to add some in them pokapva with olive oil and leave to cool for 2-3 days. Cut into discs and bake at BBQ or fry in a pan. The feta cheese can be cut and then was rolled in spices, thus obtaining a more intense flavor. * Halloumi (Turkish helim) also called squeaky feta cheese - because of the sound produced when chewing. Originates from Cyprus. * The spices can be replaced according to taste and season.

Unfortunately I do not have a picture of the finished discs because fell handset battery :( Next time for sure.

How do I love this halloumi, especially when freshly salted, here cast in Turkish halume but Cyprus sue them they have no right to be so identified and so no longer brought. Wear my homemade Cyprus.

By looking at the picture, it looks like cheese more fresh cheese, which is not at all ripe and really creak as you eat and May said gyubek.

very nice cheese, especially grilled salad

I also tried it in Cyprus on the grill of multi tasty

Akva, believe me, not cheese and halloumi. Turkish is helim. His character is that no matter how heated, not snag. This cheese can not be achieved, it softens, even in the sun :)
