Ingredients
4 tbsp (40 g) mayonnaise
2 tbsp (20 g) broken caviar
1/2 onion
1 cup (200 ml) strong fat-free fish broth or salted water
lemon juice
nastrargana lemon peel
parsley
Method
Mayonnaise and caviar are mixed and diluted with broth until desired consistency. Season to taste with salt, lemon juice and grated lemon rind. Finally, add finely chopped onion and parsley. The sauce served with boiled in salted water peeled potatoes to any type of boiled or fried fish, cleaned bones.
