Meat salad with vegetables and pomegranate seeds

Ingredients
400-500 g cooked lean pork or chicken
300 g potatoes
2 onions
300 g carrots
300 g beet
2 large pomegranates
3/4 tea cup . (150 ml) vinegar
sugar
mayonnaise
Method
Vinegar diluted with 3/4 cup (150 ml) of water and sugar is added so as to obtain a sweet marinade, which bay cut into thin polukragcheta onions. Allow to stand for 1 hour. Potatoes, carrots and beets are cooked separately, peel, cut into cubes and mix with the meat, also diced. Pomegranate peel and nipples are removed. Add to the meat and vegetables with marinated onions. Salad mix well and pour mayonnaise.
