Meatballs broccoli and cheese

800 g - 1 kg broccoli
1 cup quinoa
2 cloves garlic
1 onion
1 cup grated cheese
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
2 eggs

Boil salted water and add the broccoli. Boil about 10 minutes to soften. Boil the quinoa in salted water - if you quinoa can not put. Put to drain the water and cool. Meanwhile, the chopped onion and garlic and fry in 2-3 tbsp sunflower oil on the stove. In a deep bowl and mix broccoli, quinoa and cook onion and garlic. Add the beaten eggs and cheese. You can use cheese to your liking, I used cheddar and parmesan. Add salt and pepper. If the mixture is very liquid you can add 2-3 tbsp flour or breadcrumbs. Litter tray with aluminum foil and lightly oiled. Arranging shaped meatballs and bake in the oven until top wire caught sunburn. Turn and bake another end. (Can be fried in fat, but I always prefer the healthier option). Serve with garlic sauce.
