Meatballs mixed vegetables

Ingredients
100 g feta cheese
400 g green beans
4 tbsp canned peas
4 potatoes
carrots 2
8 field mushrooms
1/4 head celery
1 slice parsnips
1 onion
egg 1
2 slices of bread - only mid
1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
1 cup sunflower oil
40 g flour
salt
pepper
Method
In 2 cups salted water to which is added 1 tbsp sunflower oil, boiled to poluomekvane cleaned and washed carrots, celery and parsnip. Add consecutively and cook until soft mushrooms, green beans and potatoes. Cooked vegetables are drained, cut into small pieces and mixed with peas (well drained), bread crumbs, eggs, the feta cheese, parsley, finely chopped onion and ground pepper. The blend formed meatballs which are rolled in flour and fried in hot sunflower oil.
