Meatballs pumpkin

Ingredients
1.5 kg pumpkin
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup semolina or breadcrumbs
400 g yogurt
sunflower oil for frying
Method
Pumpkin cleaned of seeds and sheet. Grate on large-scale grater and add salt. Suffocating in the oil until soft. Pour milk in a slow stream and added meal. Stir thoroughly to prevent the formation of pellets. When cool put eggs. Formed into balls, rolled in bread crumbs or flour. Fry in a hot sunflower oil. Serve with yogurt.
