Meatballs vegetables

Ingredients
1-2 carrots
1 pepper
100 g cabbage
100 g dried celery
2-3 onions
50 g beans
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 clove garlic
few coriander leaves
1 / 2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp curry
pepper, salt
3 eggs
6-7 tbsp flour
sunflower oil for frying
yogurt serving
Method
Vegetables finely or grate and put in a large saucepan. Add beans, soy sauce, ginger, celery, salt and pepper. Mix well. Add eggs and flour alternately. The resulting mixture was left for 30 minutes. Formed into balls (if necessary add a little more flour) and fry in very hot oil one by one. Remove and leave to drain on kitchen paper. Serve splashed with yoghurt and decorated with coriander leaves.
