Meatballs with white sauce and garlic

Ingredients
500 g minced meat
150 g rice
2 eggs
400 g yogurt
4 tbsp flour
30 g butter
1 cube vegetable broth
nutmeg
3-4 cloves of garlic
juice of 1/2 lemon
salt
parsley

Method
Knead the minced meat with cooked rice and shape the meatballs. We turn them into a pot with water, which is dissolved bouillon. Boil about 30 minutes. In a deep skillet burn through the butter and fry the garlic when he saute, add previously beaten eggs, yogurt, lemon juice and flour. After this mixture begins to thicken gradually add portionwise liquid in which they are boiled meatballs, and meat balls themselves. Finally tampering with nutmeg and salt. Serve with chopped parsley.
