Mish-mash of oven - II type

2 onions
2 heads of garlic
1.5 kg peppers
1 kg tomatoes
400 g feta cheese
250 g cheese
5 eggs
150-200 ml sunflower oil
2 tbsp flour
1/2 bunch parsley
salt, pepper, 2 tsp dry garlic

Peel and cut into slices of garlic cloves. Fry until golden in the oil. Add pepper (pepper) and onions, cut into pieces. Allow to stew until tender. Cut larger pieces of peeled tomatoes. Strain the chopped tomatoes in a colander. In the pan put the vegetable mixture and tomatoes. Stir and cook over medium heat on the bottom of the BBQ oven until the sauce by evaporate and the vegetables are soft. Add the feta cheese, cut into cubes and bake for another 15 minutes. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Beat the eggs with the flour and add them to the mixture in the pan. Stir and sprinkle with grated cheese, parsley and garlic dry. Back in the oven at the top BBQ, to seal the cheese. Serve sprinkled with parsley and chopped green onions feathers.
