Monastery stew

Ingredients
2 onions
2 carrots
1/4 head celery
100 g small onions (shallots)
100 g olives
150 g fresh mushrooms
50 g rice
3-4 potatoes
3 tomatoes
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1/2 cup wine
1/2 bunch parsley
5 peppercorns
salt
Method
In fat and water are steamed chopped onions, carrots and celery. Add onions, olives, mushrooms and pepper. Pour the wine and 1 cup water, add salt and simmer until soft. Add the diced potatoes and rice. After 15 minutes, put the chopped tomatoes. Dish boil until ready. Finally sprinkle with chopped parsley.
