Minced meat is mixed with grated onion, pressed garlic, spices and chopped parsley. Formed into small patties and fry in hot sunflower oil. Place on paper towels to drain. Sauce: In a deep frying pan put the grated onion, chopped tomatoes and spices. Once boiling, reduce the temperature of the heat and let simmer for about 5 minutes. Add meatballs to the sauce and immediately pour tomato paste, dissolved in 1/2 cup water. After another 3-4 minutes, tapping the eggs and mix everything carefully. Serve with cooked couscous.

becomes very delicious. Tonight I will have guests and my daughter wants to surprise them with meatballs, so roll up your sleeves and start.

Cveti_3108, very tasty recipe - thank you. Cooks quickly and quickly eats:-)

finally someone dared to try. I am glad that you liked. And thanks for the comment.

Once Moroccan meatballs should have a Moroccan couscous. I do them long ago, but not scramble eggs and leave them whole (and this recipe has a separate site). Moroccan couscous nothing to do with pasta balls which BG is called couscous ... Fake minced meat with ras el Hanoun, a little clove and cumin tip of a knife.

and cinnamon sauce

Oh, how delicious! Will definitely try and plate is very beautiful and she first drew my eyes.

Thanks :) plateau is complete with 6 dishes and my great passion, a gift to me from Morocco and many love them :) I'm glad that you like you :)

A great dish Rally! If someday you get tired of the set, you can call me! :)

:) Thank you dear :) He himself gives service even nature of the food; When serving in it changes the whole atmosphere of the table. I can expand it with some salad bowls and bowls for soup, but it is clear that I can not find exactly the same. Will boast, if you do choose;)

I prepared the recipe and get a very pleasant taste. Maybe just my cumin comes a bit stronger as flavor. Instead of couscous (I do not know where to find Arab couscous) served with rice vermicelli.
