Moussaka of goose minced meat and potatoes

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
125 g butter
400-500 g minced meat goose
2 onions
2 tomatoes
1 carrot
1 bunch of basil and parsley
2-3 leaves Fresh mint
1 tbsp black pepper, 1 tbsp cumin, 1 tsp red pepper, 2 tbsp savory, salt
200 g yogurt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp soda
sunflower oil for frying
1 liter of water, seasoned with chicken broth cube

Method
Taste minced meat with cumin and pepper, add salt. Peel onions and cut into small pieces. Fry in the oil. Add the red pepper. Then added and goose minced meat and fry well. Peel the tomatoes, cut into very small pieces and add to the already fried minced meat and onions. Link basil, half a bunch of parsley and mint finely and put to tomatoes, onions and meat. Mix well. Add salt to taste. Then grate the carrot finely grater, add. Allow to simmer for about 7-8 minutes on a low heat. During this time the potatoes are peeled, washed and cut into cubes. Coated with the butter. Sprinkle with savory. Pour the mixture of meat and other vegetables and mix well. Moussaka pour broth and bake in preheated oven until the potatoes are cooked. Beat-2 eggs, add milk and yogurt with soda broken again, and then put the flour. The mixture is stirred well. Moussaka ready pour the mixture and bake until it becomes golden brown color. Finally, sprinkle with the remaining parsley.
