Moussaka pork

Ingredients
500 g pork
500 g potatoes
200 g peas
1-2 roasted red peppers
1 onion
1 cup tomato juice
1 tsp paprika
1 pinch savory
salt
sunflower oil
# TOPPING:
300 g yogurt
1 egg
1 tbsp flour

Method
Cut the meat into thin strips and fry in a little sunflower oil. Then add the onion, which has been cut in large pieces, red pepper, savory and a little salt. When the onion choke added tomato sauce, leave little to boil. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes as moussaka, put it in the tray with the resulting meat, peas and peppers, which are finely chopped, add water and at your discretion (if needed add salt). Leave in the oven at 250C for 30-40 minutes. During this time we TOPPING: yogurt mix with egg and flour. When the meal is ready pour the mixture and leave to seal. * Products may be in a different amount, depending on how many people will cook.
