Ingredients
80 g butter
1 yolk
1 tbsp (10 ml) lemon juice
pepper
salt
Method
The butter is heated, not capped, 1 and 1/2 minutes at 600 Deut. Yolk and lemon juice is broken down and add to the butter. Stir and held without capped, 1 min at 600 W, stirring again. Finally add salt and sprinkle with pepper.
