Omelet in Basque

Ingredients
3 eggs
20 g ham
salami 20 g spices
piece of onion
1/4 clove garlic
piece of pepper
2 tbsp (20 ml) sunflower oil
salt
Method
Diced ham, salami, pepper, onion and garlic fry in 1 tbsp (10 ml) sunflower oil. Eggs are broken down with the salt, pour in the heated pan with sunflower oil, add the prepared mixture and fry omelet. Serve immediately.
