Oppression dry peppers with beans

Ingredients
2 cups beans
2-3 red onion or 3-4 leeks onion
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 cup In large pieces crushed walnuts
mint or savory
16 dry peppers

Method
Dried peppers are washed, carefully cleaned of seed so as not to tear and soaked in warm water to soften. Beans soak in cold water for 10-12 hours, is boiled, drain very well, add salt and crushed (Grind). Red onion cut into small pieces and also beat mechanically. Mix the drained beans, onions, the walnuts if you need more salt and mined dry mint. With this mixture fill (oppress) peppers. Lining up in the tray, sprinkled with sunflower oil and bake.

is right - I'm from northwestern Bulgaria, Montana. In our region often make such peppers. The name is a dialect - peppers filled with press - *gnetene* of the mixture to fill a nice pepper. Therefore so called. Especially suitable for fasting.

Many favorite recipe.

For Christmas Eve with the same mixture can be made and stuffed vine leaves.
