Ingredients
1 chicken (1.5 kg)
10-12 ready pancakes
1 onion
250 g mushrooms
500 g cooked chicken livers
salt, nutmeg, ginger, pepper
50 g butter
2 -3 tbsp mayonnaise

Method
Chicken carefully removed the skin to not break. Leave wing and drumstick. Other meat is boiled, boned and cut. For the filling - fry the onions in a little butter, add the mushrooms, chicken livers. Flavor is. On pancakes distributed stuffing and wound rolls. With these rolls tightly filled chicken skin, look to maintain form. Sutured is smeared with mayonnaise and butter. Bake at 180C for about 30 minutes. Served whole with proper salad.
