Pancakes with fruit and vanilla cream

Ingredients
600 g compote (pineapple, cherries, grapes)
100 ml cognac
50 g of powdered sugar
# For the pancakes:
200 ml milk
2 eggs
200 g flour
sunflower oil The Roast
# For the cream:
1 yolk
50 g sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
100 ml milk
Method
Fruits of the compote drain well and pour brandy. Prepare the cream by stirring the egg yolk of the foam with sugar and vanilla sugar, then pour the hot milk and stirred in a water bath until a thick cream. Of two eggs, flour, milk and 200 ml water is mixed rare dough and bake about 10 pancakes. Fruit compote mixed with vanilla cream and spread over the pancakes that are rolled and sprinkled with powdered sugar. Serve hot.
